Chances are pretty good that if you're reading this, you know what the fediverse is. You may even be on the fediverse (I’m currently taking a break from it). So it may interest you to know that Darius Kazemi and Erin Kissane have published their findings into governance on Mastodon and Hometown servers. They’ve also published a blog post with a kind of status update on the project, and it looks like they’ll be publishing some findings that didn’t make it into the report over on their write.as blog.
The report is pretty long, but Erin and Darius are awesome and seem to have written some solid HTML so that you should be able to add it to a read-later app without any trouble. Omnivore took a minute to process the whole document, but it seems to have come through just fine for me.
